How It Works
Step 1: Sign up, create your personal profile, and place your order on our website.
Step 2: A testing kit is sent to you to collect your sample using a cheek swab
Step 3: The sample is sent to our lab for analysis.
Step 4: Once the results are ready you will receive comprehensive and summary reports of your results in addition to your MedPass (Medication Passport) Card.
Step 5: You will be contacted to schedule a PGx counseling session at your convenience.
Step 6: Anytime you are starting a new medication, you and your provider will have 24/7 access to our counseling services to match your drug choice to your gene.
